11/02/2024 Sat Warhammer 40K Battle Against Breast Cancer Charity Tournament by Saga Concepts Tournament
ALERT: This event REQUIRES pre-registration and deposit with Saga Concepts to be added to the roster.
ENTRY: $30 - soft capped at 12 players • $15 of each ticket will be donated and Saga will be matching the donation portion • Players must contact the store to register for this event. • Players will be entered into BCP once we have confirmed payment. • Once the event hits 12 registrations, we will start a player waitlist to replace dropped entries in waitlist order.• PRIZES: Store Credit Prizes & additional prizes based on attendance.

FORMAT: ITC - 2000 points • 3 Swiss Rounds, 180-minutes per round. Lunch time included. • ITC Painting score will be in effect.
• All games will be played on FLG playmats
• Terrain will be a mix of GW terrain and terrain provided by Monster Fight Club who is helping us out with terrain for this event!
• Terrain footprints will be colored felt to coordinate large, medium, and small ruins footprints.
• No buildings have windows on the first floor to simplify line-of-sight rules.
Missions: Warhammer 40,000 10th Ed, from Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion.
Army Selection: Follow Muster Armies guidance in Warhammer 40,000 10th Ed, from Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion.
Painting: For paint scoring, if your army is fully Battle Ready painted you will receive 10 points for your round score.
Tools of War: Competitors are expected to bring their army, dice, tape measurer, and all relevant rules publications. (Saga Concepts provides chess clocks.) If you are using any electronic devices to carry your official rules references, please ensure they are always charged and available for reference.
Rules cutoff: New rules and materials will not be permitted after Monday, October 28th 2024. We will be using the GW Rules (1.4) and Balance Dataslate June 2024, which can be found at https://www.warhammer-

List submissions: List will be due by Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:59pm EST. Any list submitted afterwards MAY be subject to a 10 points deduction in round one and a yellow card for the event, pending circumstances.
Late Arrival: Understandably issues arise, but please inform the Tournament Organizers if you are going to be late. Late check-in for the first round will result in a drop or ceding the spot to a present waitlist attendee. If a competitor arrives late to any round after round one, their game time will begin running on the clock. After 20 minutes the round will be forfeited, and your opponent will receive a win and 70 points.
Chess Clocks: If one competitor wants to use clocks, then his/her competitor must as well. Clocks will be set by Saga Concepts.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
