The two Smartivity kits we teased in August landed, and they brought nine friends: launchers, arcade games and working models, each a build-it-yourself machine with no glue, no screens and no batteries. Here is the full Smartivity lineup and which kit suits which kid.

Smartivity Robotic Mechanical Hand, the showpiece build, ages 8+.
The Full Smartivity Lineup
Back in August we told you about two Smartivity kits, a hydraulic plane launcher and a robotic hand. The wait is over, and the box was bigger than we expected.
Eleven Smartivity kits make up the lineup. They share the same idea: pre-cut engineered wood that slots together without glue or tools, a mechanism that works when you are done (hydraulics, gears, air pressure, linkages), and an instruction book written for the kid, not the parent. Ages 6 and up on the launchers and arcade games, and 8 and up on the working models.
The whole range is in Smartivity, alongside the rest of our STEM toys.

Launchers: Things That Fly Across the Room
Hydraulic Plane Launcher (ages 6+)

Build the launch pad, fold a plane from the 10 included sheets, press the plunger, and let water pressure do the throwing. The one that started it all at Saga.
What you'll explore: hydraulics, paper-plane flight, scissor mechanism
$16.99
Shop the Hydraulic Plane Launcher
Rocket Launcher (ages 6–12)

Build the rocket, load it on the launcher, and hit the button. Three foam boosters in the box, so the first one lost behind the couch is not the end of the afternoon.
What you'll explore: propulsion and action–reaction forces.
$16.99
Missile Truck (ages 6+)

A six-wheeled truck with a 360° rotating launcher and an air pump mounted on the back. Five soft missiles, fired one at a time, at whatever target the room offers.
What you'll explore: air pressure, rack & pinion, rotational force
$21.99
Arcade: Games You Build, Then Beat Your Dad At
Mini Golf (ages 6–12)

A 10-hole tabletop course with a mechanical club, ramps, obstacles, and "tree poppers" that fly when you hit them. Comes with a tiny champion's trophy.
What you'll explore: angles, ramps, aiming
$14.99
Mini Pinball (ages 6–12)

Handheld pinball you build yourself: snappy launcher, two flippers, quick reset. Fits in a backpack, which is either a feature or a warning.
What you'll explore: levers, gravity, elasticity
$14.99
Pinball Machine (ages 8+)

The full-size one: 375 parts, 23 colored balls, two lenses to adjust the view. A real weekend build that ends with an arcade machine on the kitchen table.
What you'll explore: levers, momentum, kinetic energy
See it in the Smartivity collection
Foosball Table (ages 6+)

Tabletop foosball, built from five wooden sheets, then played against whoever is nearest. The one multiplayer kit in the range.
What you'll explore: momentum, action–reaction, quick reactions
See it in the Smartivity collection
Machines: Working Models for the Older Builders
Hydraulic Crane (ages 8+)

Six syringes, 88 parts, and a crane that swings on two axes and actually lifts things. The construction-site fantasy, minus the hard hat.
What you'll explore: hydraulics, rack & pinion, how cranes work
$22.99
Robotic Mechanical Hand (ages 8+)
The showpiece. A wearable hand whose fingers flex and grip when yours do: 191 parts, 22 stickers, and a permanent spot on the shelf afterward.
What you'll explore: biomimicry, hand anatomy, linkages
$22.99
Shop the Robotic Mechanical Hand
Music Machine (ages 8+)

A programmable xylophone box. Set the pegs, turn the crank, play the tune. Five music sheets are included to get started.
What you'll explore: vibration, gears, ratchet & pawl
$29.99
Solar System (ages 8+)

Turn the crank and eight planets orbit the Sun on a gear train. Nine planet fact cards and a spinner game come in the box.
What you'll explore: planetary motion, gear ratios, astronomy
$22.99
Which One for Which Kid?
- First build, ages 6–7: Plane Launcher or Mini Golf. Fewer parts, a payoff in under an hour, and something to play with the same day.
- The kid who takes things apart: Hydraulic Crane or Robotic Hand. The mechanism is the point, and both keep working long after assembly.
- A rainy weekend: the full Pinball Machine. 375 parts is a project, not an afternoon, and a good one to build together.
- Already have the plane launcher from the first drop? The Rocket Launcher and Missile Truck are the natural next two. Everything is in Smartivity.
