Games Workshop dropped a mountain—literally. Yesterday's Sunday Preview revealed the Khazalite Holds, an entire new faction for Warhammer Age of Sigmar centred on the mountain-dwelling duardin and their long-held grudges.
Pre-orders open this weekend. Ten new kits, a full battletome, a second Fyreslayer Spearhead, a Regiment of Renown, dice, and more.
The Khazalite Holds are the duardin you've been waiting for—heavily armoured infantry, war machines, living statues blessed by the Ancestor Gods, and firearms that make the point before the axes do. If you've ever wanted to field an army that's equal parts stoic and unstoppable, bookmark this page.

THE ROYAL VANGUARD
High Kyng Valankrom and the ThrynnHigh Kyng Valankrom was crowned by Grungni himself. He rides into battle atop a War Throne, wielding the legendary hammer Bharadreng. This is the centrepiece you build your army around—both narratively and on the table. The kit can alternatively be built as a regular Thrynn on War Throne, the lords of the karaks who lead the duardin war throngs. A Thrynn on foot is also available as a standalone character—well-armed, well-armoured, and ready to settle grudges with a hammer to the face. |

MAGIC AND MUSCLE
Runewrights and Valayan GuardiansRunewrights are the magic users of the Khazalite Holds. They channel the power rising from deep within the earth and contain it inside runes, then unleash it with precise hammer blows. If you thought duardin didn't do magic, the Runewrights would like a word. Valayan Guardians are the finest warriors of the karak—the ones who stand between the hearth and anything foolish enough to threaten it. Arm them with runic halberds or rune axes and shields, build an optional champion, and lean into the We Honour Valaya Ancestral Vow to make them nearly impossible to shift. |

FIREPOWER AND FRONT LINES
Clangunners, Clanshields, and the Oathkeeper CannonClangunners bring robust firearms to the fight—Thrundok rifles for long-range precision or Thrundrin shotcannons for close-quarters devastation. The kit includes options for a champion, standard bearer, and drummer (with two drum choices), plus alternate heads for every model. Clanshields are the durable infantry core of the Holds. They hold objectives, avenge fallen kin, and refuse to break. The kit is packed with customisation options so no two units look the same. The Oathkeeper Cannon rains fire from afar, excelling at monster-hunting and cracking tough targets. Build it as a Stonebreaker Mortar instead if you need to clear hordes of infantry—one kit, two battlefield roles. |

LIVING STATUES
Gholems of Gazul and ValayaGholems are revered animated statues blessed by the Ancestor Gods. Massive, imposing, and utterly relentless. Build them as Gholems of Gazul—armed with two-handed hammers, they smash through enemy lines. Or build them as Gholems of Valaya, defenders of the hearth wielding huge axes and shields that make them nearly indestructible. |

NAMED HEROES
Ormyr & Ashtongue, and Hjulda DrakkbludOrmyr is a nomadic Fyreslayer who appears on the eve of battle, accompanied by Ashtongue, a Kyndledroth he rescued from hobgrots. Together they bring the fiery vengeance of the Grimmdron down on anyone who stands in their way. Hjulda Drakkblud is the last of her clan. She ventures forth to reclaim fallen karaks, hoping the next one will be her lost home. She swings the mighty two-handed axe Azangrom, and anyone in her way regrets it. |

FYRESLAYER REINFORCEMENTS
Spearhead: Magmic Fyrd & Regiment of RenownThe Khazalite Holds also bring a second Spearhead: Magmic Fyrd—a Fyreslayer-themed force that includes an Auric Runefather on Magmadroth, an Auric Runesmiter, 9 Vulkyn Flameseekers, and 5 Auric Hearthguard. There's also a new Regiment of Renown: Fjori's Vengeance—angry Grimmdron Fyreslayers you can add to any Grand Alliance: Order army. Includes a Grimhold Exile, an Auric Flamekeeper, and 5 Hearthguard Berzerkers. |
