Mansions of Madness Second Edition (FFG-MAD20)
Mansions of Madness Second Edition is a board game from Fantasy Flight Games for 1–5 players, playing in 120–180 minutes, recommended for ages 14+.
How it plays
Mansions of Madness Second Edition is an app-assisted, fully cooperative horror game inspired by H.P. Lovecraft, from the makers of Eldritch Horror. You and up to four other players explore the dark halls and alleyways of Arkham.
Each scenario has its own unpredictable map, puzzles and monsters. In the first edition one player had to be the Keeper and run the monsters; in this edition the free companion app takes over that job. It spawns creatures, creates events and keeps the story moving, so everyone at the table plays on the same side.
Saga Table Talk
Great for: Horror fans and mystery lovers who want everyone on the same team, with no one stuck running the bad guys.
What a game night feels like: Like a haunted-house movie you're starring in. Rooms reveal themselves one at a time, someone always opens the wrong door, and the app keeps throwing surprises at you.

Teaching tip: Set up the app on a tablet in the middle of the table so everyone can see the map and read along.
