Bandai has bottled that exact feeling into a blind box, and it lands at Saga in January 2027 alongside a second series that goes entirely the other direction: SEED Destiny characters, seated, serene, and roughly the size of your thumb.

Series One Kikai Koubou — The Machine Factory |
Kikai Koubou — Mobile Suits under maintenance, hanger stands included.
New from Bandai Namco Entertainment Shanghai, Kikai Koubou ("Machine Factory" in Japanese) is a blind box series of deformed Mobile Suit figures that come with hanger stands—so you can recreate the behind-the-scenes look of a Mobile Suit being repaired in the bay.
These are built to be tinkered with. The figures are designed for easy assembly and disassembly, so you can mix and match Mobile Suit parts across figures, and they include accessories like shields and beam rifles that can be hung on the stands or attached to the suit. It is half collectible, half tiny model workshop.

Series Two Potepotte-R—SEED Destiny, at Rest |
Potepotte-R — SEED Destiny characters in super-deformed seated poses.
Also from Bandai Namco Entertainment Shanghai comes POTEPOTTE-R—Gundam characters in adorable super-deformed style, designed in seated poses with calm, gentle expressions. This wave features characters from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny.
Each figure stands roughly 6–7 cm tall and is made of resin, with a weight and finish that feels more like a desk ornament than a gacha toy. The heads are removable, so you can mix and match freely across figures — a small, chaotic joy we fully endorse.
