How it plays
Sandy Claws has gone missing. Place Jack Skellington, Sally, the Mayor, Oogie Boogie, Dr. Finkelstein and Lock, Shock and Barrel around Halloween Town and work out WHO kidnapped him, WHAT item was used, and WHERE he was hidden.
It plays like the Clue you know. Three answers are sealed in the case file at the start. On your turn you move around the board, step into a location and make a suggestion; the other players secretly show you a card that proves it wrong if they can.
Keep track of what you've seen on your detective sheet. When you think you've cracked all three answers, make an accusation and check the case file. Get it right and you win.
