Saga Help Tip
A boxed game like this is one of the easiest ways to get started: the miniatures and game components come in one box, so you can build, paint and play step by step.
Getting started
- Build one unit at a time. Clip parts from the frame with plastic cutters, scrape off mould lines with a hobby knife, then glue.
- Prime everything in one session with a spray undercoat. Leave hard-to-reach parts, like riders or cloaks, off until they are painted.
- Paint unit by unit: block in base colours, add a Shade, then highlight the raised edges. Finishing the leader first keeps the momentum going.

Glue isn't in the box contents list. Games Workshop recommends Warhammer Colour Plastic Glue.
Do the models come painted?
No. They are supplied unpainted and need assembly, so you will need glue, clippers and paints to finish them.
