Should I buy a set or single colors?
The Speedpaint 2.0 Starter Set has 10 x 18ml paints, and the Most Wanted Set 2.0 has 24 x 18ml paints. Single bottles let you fill gaps. See all Army Painter paint sets.
What primer should I use?
