This paint range evolved alongside Warhammer 40,000 leading to paint names based on places, battles, and famous heroes. These paints include spray primer in a variety of colors to speed up the painting process, paints designed for that initial base layer, shaders and inks to add depth and bring out the detail of the model, paints designed to add those highlights and details, contrast paints designed to combine painting and shading at once, and paints for air-brushes.
